Today we had 26 homes represented at our Annual Meeting. Below are the voting results for the Ballot Issues.

-It was determined that the gates will remain. This issue passed by a vote of 20 to 6.

-All represented homes voted to award the 2025 Lawn Maintenance contract to Robert Lanier.

-The motion to Amend and/or reduce the current Covenants passed by a vote of 24 to 2.

-All represented homes approved the new ACC structure.
